Randolph Forest

We went around 7:30pm. We brought all of our equipment with us. It was exciting to finally use it. The first picture we snapped had 2 light orbs in it. No more than a few steps later our internal sensors went off that something was present and in very close proximity to us. So we snapped another photo and caught another orb! Words don't really do it justice as to how intense that moment was.
We continued down the trail. The trail sits in sort of a valley so the wind whipping through the trees may be the answer to the voices people have heard. Walking further in we did get that feeling that someone was watching us. We looked back several times and took more photos. The camera batteries didn't last long. In the hubbub of it all we forgot to pack extras but we still got quite a few shots.
We were surprised the EMF didn't spike through most of the investigation. At one point though, we did stop in a spot about halfway through the forest. It was putting of some pretty intense energy so we stood in silence and recorded with the digital voice recorder. We were standing about 2 feet apart from each other when the EMF spiked and beeped. It was like something ran right between us because the spike on the EMF only lasted for approximately 2-3 seconds. Of course we looked at each other with those looks of "Uhhhhhhh, okaaaaay!" It was pretty intense. We talked about the possibilities of what that could have been. There wasn't any normal reason we could come up with. The wind started whipping pretty hard through the trees directly afterwards too to add to the eeriness of it all. We headed back to the truck from there.
We need to get a video camera. Some of the moments of the night out there would have been awesome to show you. We'll work on that ASAP. We reviewed the recording on the voice recorder. We didn't pick up anything unfortunately. In reviewing the other photos it looks like the first 2 photos of orbs were all we caught. We're still reviewing closer to make sure we didn't miss anything though. I think we are definitely going to go back and investigate more.
